    Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Parts Puller position in Dubuque, Iowa.

     

    We’re assisting a family-owned Dubuque business in hiring a **full-time Parts Puller** . This outdoor role involves deconstructing vehicles and removing parts in a salvage yard environment.

     

    **Schedule:** Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Work outdoors year-round to dismantle vehicles

    + Remove and organize usable parts for resale or recycling

    + Safely use hand and power tools to remove vehicle components

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

    Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of vehicle parts required

    + Prior automotive or mechanical experience preferred

    + Must have own toolset

    + Valid driver’s license required

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

    + Must pass drug screen and background check

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

    + Frequently lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

    + Physically demanding role requiring stamina and strength
