    A Typical Day in the Life:

     

    As an accounting intern, you will work alongside Honkamp team members by applying the skills learned in the classroom to real-world, business-impacting projects.

    Responsibilities may include:

    + Processing monthly accounts

    + Preparing bank reconciliations and payroll records

    + Maintaining client depreciation schedules

    + Providing administrative support to the accounting team, as needed

    Qualifications:

    Candidates should be pursuing a degree in accounting.

    Successful candidates will have:

    + Outstanding academic performance

    + Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication and problem-solving

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Programs
