    A Typical Day in the Life:

     

    As a People & Talent Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the People & Talent team.

    Responsibilities may include:

    + Maintain HRIS and related systems, handle data entry, scheduling, reporting, billing, and explore opportunities for automation and process improvements

    + Coordinate onboarding logistics, manage recruiting event materials and logistics, and support cyclical recruiting programs

    + Assist with training logistics, materials preparation, and tracking of professional licenses, certifications, and education requirements

    + Support employee engagement initiatives, administer surveys, track data, and help coordinate annual events

    + Provide backup coverage to ensure continuity across HR functions

    Qualifications:

    Candidates should be detail-oriented, systems-minded, proactive, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.

    Successful candidates will have:

    + 1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related field

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with UKG and LC Vista a plus)

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
