Course Description
CSC 335 - Computer Networks I
CSC 275 or CSC 276 required, MTH 118 or MTH 122 recommended. (4)
Theoretical concepts necessary to understand the complex problem of computer networking. Computer network architectures and models, bandwidth limitations of physical media, analog and digital signaling methods, data link protocols, error detection and correction, medium access control in broadcast networks, routing algorithms, internetworking, the Internet Protocol, connection management, transport services including TCP/UDP, network applications, local-area and wide-area networks. Graded ABCDE
Responsibilities*
Enter student assignment and project grades into Canvas as provided by the instructor.
Upload and organize course materials in Canvas to align with the class schedule.
Set up and release assignments in Canvas at the direction of the instructor.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of course content deployment within Canvas.
Required Qualifications*
Has taken CSC 335 or equivalent with an A and above
Graduate student in Computer Science with grad level experience with networking projects
Desired Qualifications*
Demonstrated proficiency through networking based projects
