Job Summary
The Student Services Program Specialist will manage a broad range of project management responsibilities supporting major curricular initiatives within the Smucker-Wagstaff Academic Programs Center (SWAPC). You will act as the primary liaison between students and the Office of Financial Aid, oversee the transfer credit assessment process, and coordinate engagement with senior leadership and Stamps faculty. You will report to the Stamps School Registrar with additional administrative accountability to the Associate Dean for Academic Programs.
This is a hybrid position based at our Ann Arbor campus, with a combination of on-site and remote work.

Responsibilities*
Project Management
+ Lead logistical and operational management for initiatives such as Stamps Experience Expo, Integrative Project consultations, Sophomore Reviews, and future curricular programs.
+ Track timelines, organize resources, coordinate committees, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Program Management
+ Coordinate communication, scheduling, agendas, and minutes for Undergraduate Program Committee and Smucker-Wagstaff Academic Programs Center (SWAPC) meetings.
+ Manage course proposals, InfoReady applications, and accreditation-related tasks.
+ Provide analysis, reporting, and summary data for internal and university-wide initiatives.
Student Scholarship Management
+ Oversee the Administration of multiple scholarship programs, ensuring equitable distribution and alignment with donor/institutional goals.
+ Advise students on financial concerns and liaise with the Office of Financial Aid.
+ Recommend operational improvements, additional scholarship opportunities, and manage study abroad award processes.
Transfer Credit Evaluation Management
+ Oversee the transfer credit evaluation process with faculty and the Stamps registrar.
+ Analyze policies and procedures, recommending improvements based on gap analysis and best practices.
Required Qualifications*
+ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in student services, financial aid or registrar related activities.
+ Advanced proficiency using Google apps, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
+ Demonstrated experience applying project management practices to plan, execute, and deliver initiatives.
