Summary:
The Data and Cost Analytics team is part of Meta’s Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering organization. As a business analyst your primary responsibility will be to partner with key stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to create metrics that inform and enable our most critical strategic and operational decisions. You will help translate business needs into requirements and identify efficiency opportunities leveraging data. In addition to querying and visualizing data, you will be expected to use your expertise to provide meaningful recommendations and actionable strategies to stakeholders. The position is located in our Fremont office.
Required Skills:
Supply Chain Data Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, actionable metrics and analytical frameworks
2. Lead advanced data analytics projects to support business strategy, identify actionable insights and influence key business partners
3. Understand business requirements and collaborate with key stakeholders to provide suggestions on best metrics and visualizations to be used
4. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business partners to enhance and optimize our existing tools and data sources
5. Intelligently design visualizations that focus on usability and ease of interpretation
6. Design, build and launch reliable dashboards that provide meaningful insights across cross-functional global teams
7. Proactively identify process improvements and drive implementation to help make us a more efficient organization
8. Deploy data quality checks to ensure high quality of dashboards
9. Mentor, guide, lead and manage task assignments for a team of supporting contractors and other analysts to ensure project success
Minimum Qualifications:

10. BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, engineering, or a related technical field
11. 10+ Years of SQL experience and relational database experience (Oracle, MySQL)
12. 5+ Years with Tableau experience
13. 5+ Years experience working in sourcing management or supporting supply chain data analytics
14. Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences
15. Experience navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment and prioritizing multiple work threads to maximize impact

16. MS in computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related field
17. 10+ years’ experience of sourcing management or supply chain management with an emphasis on data center racks and equipment
18. Experience with programming languages such as Python to build statistical models
Public Compensation:
$150,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
