To keep our testing centers running smoothly, we are seeking a dedicated **Maintenance Technician** ( Regular Full-time ) to support the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work **Wednesday to Wednesday from 6 pm to 6 am.**

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration, on various printing machines such as offset and digital presses, and bindery equipment.

• Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery, including mechanical failures and electrical malfunctions, to restore optimal operation.

• Preventive Maintenance:

Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected breakdowns and improve equipment longevity.

• Inventory Management:

Order and manage spare parts, tools, and supplies for equipment maintenance.

• Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, equipment performance, and parts usage.

• Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and support to production staff.

Required Skills and Abilities

**·** Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing complex machinery.

**·** Proficiency with diagnostic tools and techniques.

**·** Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

**·** Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**·** Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to report issues and collaborate with teams.

**·** Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
