Summary

It is the responsibility of the Shipping and Receiving Driver (Forklift) to be directly responsible for the transportation of loads and unloads of freight in and out of warehouse facility. This role is responsible for the timely movement of materials, equipment, and frames from the trucks to the designated warehouse location for the purpose of flawless execution. This position requires strong driving and coordination skills. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services/Graphics team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Maintain a clean driving record.

+ Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of all assigned work.

+ Communicate with warehouse staff and leadership all transportation movements in accordance with established policies and procedures.

+ Complete all required paperwork in accordance with company policies and procedures.

+ Assist in training/development, and staffing of staff.

+ Ensure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through assigned areas.

+ Maintain clean and organized racking system with minimal to no inventory in or around production areas and forklift lanes.

+ Check drivers in and out of warehouse in accordance with operational policies and procedures.

+ Drive teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations.

+ Assists shipping department as needed.

Education & Experience

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Travel Requirements

Travel 50% to 75%
