Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full\-time Early Career Subcontract Administrator Associate\. In this role, you will work with suppliers, evaluate and negotiatiate proposals, manage schedules, and perform administrative tasks\. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, communication, and critical thinking skills\. Must be a US Citizen\. This position is located at a facility that requires special access\.

As a member of the Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program management and LM GSC Leadership\. You’ll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains\.

In addition, You’ll be looked upon to help guide and mentor other members of the team with their continued learning and training\.

Basic Qualifications:

\-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

\-Knowledge of subcontract administration principles, including procurement, negotiation, and contract closeout

\-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

\-Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

\-Experience establishing relationships with a supplier and continuously improving supplier performance

\-Knowledge of standard acquisition policies and procedures

\-Experience managing subcontracts

\-Ability to work in a dynamic environment

\-Commitment to be on\-site a minimum of 2 days a week

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
