What does this role look like?

The Financial Management Manager will be functional Finance & Business Operations support to the SS&IG Mission Area Whiskey Portfolio and Intelligence Ground Portfolio of programs within the Lockheed Martin Space NSS Line of Business\. This position is located in King of Prussia, PA\. The selected candidate will be responsible for both actively working programs and managing individual contributors for responsibilities to include Program Finance, Program Performance and FP&A functions in support of the various programs assigned\. The selected candidate's responsibility will also include F&BO lead on new business acquisitions from identification through the proposal phase to program startup and execution of the program\. The selected candidate will: provide active direction, coaching and guidance to direct reports; create an inclusive environment; recruit and retain high performing talent; organize and integrate a high performance team; improve and enhance processes; and provide performance assessments and identify growth opportunities for team members\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with financial systems or processes

• Experience with Government Program Finance or Earned Value Management or New business acquisitions / capture management, or anything else finance related

• Experience in leading finance professionals

• Demonstrated strong financial or analytical and organizational/prioritization skills

Desired Skills:

• Current active TS / SCI clearance

• Financial Leadership Development Program \(FLDP\) graduate

• SAP, Hyperion, ECE, COBRA experience

• Ability to work independently providing financial recommendations to program personnel and senior management

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
