**Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production, Planning, and Control \(PP&C\) Associate Manager to support production programs within Camden Operations\. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing program execution and production support to ensure we meet our contractual requirements\.
What You Will Be Doing
As a PP&C Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Managing and staffing Manufacturing Planners and Material Expediters, with responsibilities such as training, providing feedback, recognition, and disciplinary actions for subordinate team members
• Overseeing various aspects of PP&C:
• Warehousing optimization to accommodate increased rates
• Inventory accuracy
• Movement of material to production areas
• Production order management
• Production line scheduling for multiple product lines
• Material requirements planning
• DD250 of the final product

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Direct line leader experience
• Experience in production scheduling or material requirements planning
• Warehousing experience
• Ability to work effectively within cross\-functional groups and build strong relationships with various teams and stakeholders
• MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP and Apriso
• Positive communication skills
• Talent development and mentoring/coaching abilities
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
