    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production of sand and gravel

    + Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maintain equipment reliability

    + Load and unload materials safely using heavy machinery

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations

    + Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during shift operations

    + Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards

    + Willingness to work in a physically demanding, outdoor industrial environment

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills

    + Adaptability to changing priorities and shift schedules

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is required

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

    + Frequent bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces

    + Manual dexterity to operate tools and controls

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
