Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST

Position: Blade Inspection Analyst / $34hr-$36hr

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join GE Vernova’s Global Blade Inspection organization. This role is critical in ensuring timely and compliant blade inspections across our global fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inspection data, coordinating with regional planners, and aligning inspection schedules with engineering requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize blade inspection data in internal systems

• Communicate with planning teams to ensure inspections are scheduled on time

• Track inspection timelines and escalate delays when needed

• Ensure compliance with engineering criteria for inspections

• Support reporting and data quality improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Strong data management and organizational skills

• Good communication skills and ability to follow up across teams

• High sense of ownership and accountability

• Experience with Excel or similar tools preferred

• Critical attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and communicate with all levels of staff

• Proven strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Effective oral and written communication skills
