**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate (Manufacturing)

**Location:** Farmington

**Pay Rate:** $19 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products.

+ Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to production schedules.

+ Maintain organized inventory and conduct regular cycle counts.

+ Handle raw materials and finished goods with attention to quality and safety.

+ Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment contents.

+ Adhere to all safety and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely material availability.

+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment.

+ Complete documentation and logs for inventory control and order processing.

Qualifications

+ 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment (required).

+ Proficient with warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

+ Basic computer and inventory management skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
