Join our team as a **Customer Service Specialist** supporting the **cilta-cel CAR-T therapy** ordering process. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a select group of treatment sites, ensuring smooth and efficient order management from enrollment to infusion.

Key Responsibilities

+ **Customer Support** : Respond to inquiries related to the cilta-cel treatment ordering process and associated logistics.

+ **Issue Resolution** : Serve as the expert resource when treatment sites need help beyond the online portal.

+ **Proactive Monitoring** : Identify and address potential issues in treatment orders before they impact site operations.

+ **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex queries.

+ **Site Performance** : Partner with internal teams to monitor and improve site performance across the order management journey.

+ **Education & Certification** : Provide educational materials and onboarding support to new treatment sites, including account setup and certification tracking.

This role requires a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex processes in a scientific and regulated environment.
