National Property Management Associates, Inc. located in Orchard Park, NY is seeking a dedicated, people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team.

NPMA is a family owned property management company that operates residential apartment communities in five states throughout the country and is celebrating 60 years of providing quality living for its residents. This opportunity is located at our Corporate office and will play a key role in the full spectrum of human resources. This role requires a proactive, organized, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and offers support for 400+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

+ End to end Recruitment/retention

+ Assist with employee relations matters

+ Coordinate and administer benefits programs and open enrollment

+ Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy

+ Support performance review cycles

+ Monitor compliance with policies and federal and state laws

Qualifications

+ 2+ years degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

+ 5+ years experience in and HR Generalist role of similar HR role

+ Knowledge of best HR practices

+ Experience with NextHR payroll solutions and isolved payroll software is a plus
