Senior Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled **_Senior Electrical Engineer_** to join our team in **Santa Clarita, CA.**
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems and components from concept through completion. As both a technical expert and project leader, you will drive innovation, ensure high-quality execution, mentor team members, and collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.

**Salary Range:** $ 92,800.00 - 123,800.00 USD per year plus bonus

Your Challenge
+ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, business goals, and applicable regulatory standards.
+ Design, develop, and test a wide range of electrical components, systems, equipment, and machinery using industry-standard tools and software.
+ Determine design approaches, system architecture, and key parameters to optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
+ Perform advanced simulations, calculations, and analyses to validate concepts and refine designs.
+ Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct a broad range of experimental tests, and evaluate and document results.
+ Select components and materials based on performance requirements, specifications, and reliability data.
+ Review and assess supplier/vendor capabilities to support design and manufacturing needs.
+ Coordinate work among other engineers, technicians, and project stakeholders to ensure integration across mechanical, software, and systems domains.
+ Facilitate design reviews, root cause analyses, and risk assessments to resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
+ Develop and implement electrical engineering best practices, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical oversight and feedback.
+ Interface with internal teams, customers, and external partners to gather requirements, align expectations, and communicate technical progress.
+ Collaborate with project managers to monitor timelines, resources, and budgets, and contribute to technology road mapping and strategic planning.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
+ 6–10+ Years Work Experience of progressive experience in electrical engineering with increasing technical responsibility and leadership.
+ Proven success in leading the design and development of electrical systems in complex engineering projects.
+ Deep expertise in electrical engineering principles, design methodologies, and system integration.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, electrical safety standards, and quality systems.
+ Demonstrated ability to apply sound engineering judgment, creativity, and problem-solving in diverse technical contexts.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
+ Commitment to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
