    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Build, test, and maintain the medication formulary in various clinical systems.

    + Build, test, and maintain system ordersets.

    + Identify and resolve issues identified with pharmacy related systems in a timely manner.

    + Develop, test, and implement system upgrades.

    + Maintain Pharmacy Charge Master to ensure accuracy of data and pricing information.

    + Develop training material and train end users on new functionality.

    + Design, build, and test reports to support clinical and operational initiatives.

    + Occasional Weekends or evenings may be required depending on project implementations.

    + On call coverage required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 5+ years building Epic research treatment plans and investigational medications.

    + Experience reviewing and abstracting information from cancer research protocols and pharmacy manuals.

    + Experience serving as a team lead or senior analyst.

    + Active Epic certifications or accreditations in both Willow Inpatient and Beacon Oncology modules

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy (BS or PharmD Degree), eligible for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Georgia.

    + Two years hospital pharmacy experience or PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency. Completion of an accredited PGY1 Residency and a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency is preferred.

    + Previous experience working in an academic medical center environment preferred. Epic Analyst experience is preferred.
