    Stock Control/Quality Assurance Coordinator

     

    The Logistics Team is seeking a Stock Control Coordinator to join their dynamic team. 

     

    •Job Responsibilities:

    + Generating reports and monitoring data related to quality inspections and inventory

    + Initiate and resolve cycle counts

    + Conduct research to resolve inventory quality and damage complaints

    + Collect and report on quality assurance issues and inspections

    + Resolve issues related to receiving inventory

    + Inventory variance resolution and research

    + Creation and updates to purchase orders for inbound inventory

    + System maintenance

    + Effectively communicate on a high professional level

    + Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers and stakeholders

    Qualifications/skills required: 

    + Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks

    + Identify errors and imperfections of samples

    + Knowledge of quality standards for book industry

    + Ability to work accurately and independently

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to learn new methods & systems required to adapt to changes in the work environment

    + PC Proficiency to include Word, Excel and Outlook

    + Knowledge of SAP and MARC

    + Good overall attendance record

    + Possess overall comprehension of filing procedures.

    + Accurate, organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow up skills

     

    The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per year.

     

    All positions are currently eligible for profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
