Summary:

The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, organizing, planning, preparing, and delivering both standard and customized technology training and materials as required in the BayCare Health System for our Clinical Education Team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ High School Degree and 4 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle,

+ Associate's Degree and 2 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle,

+ High School Degree and 3 years’ experience in Information Technology,

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information System or Related Field and no experience

+ High School Degree and 4 years Contact Center experience.

+ Proficient in Microsoft products and apps is highly preferred.
