    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a **Supervisor of Behavioral Health Program- Licensed** to join our outstanding and compassionate team **! This role supervises Behavioral Health staff at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Mease Hospital in Dunedin, and North Bay Recovery Center in Lutz. The role requires travel to all sites weekly.**

    The Program Supervisor is responsible for:

    + Overseeing the daily administration and clinical operation of all behavioral health services rendered to individuals within the assigned programs.

    + Possessing a clear understanding of the service delivery system in accordance with all regulations, statutory requirements and regional policies.

    + Demonstrating mastery and proficiency in all Quality Leadership skills.

    *Travel required. Functions as a Treating Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts. Will perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Certification/License:

    + LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required

    Required Education:

    + Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Human Services, Nursing or Related Field

    Experience:

    + 4 years Healthcare and 4 years Behavioral Health. - Required

    + 2 years of Supervisory Role in related field - Required
