**Title:** Imaging Services Rep I

**Facility:** Carillon Outpatient Center

Imaging Services Rep I responsibilities:

+ Performs support and clerical functions for Medical Imaging Services

+ Responsible for clerical, file room operations, RIS inquiry, and operations related to X-ray/image tracking and maintenance

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ 1 year Customer Service preferred
