As an Associate International Engagement Partner II, you will oversee significant components of Cleveland Clinic International and Emerging Markets (CCIEM) projects alongside an advanced and driven team. In this role, you will focus on conducting analytical work, leading meetings and contributing to content development. This position allows you to stretch your strategic thinking skills to drive performance results and implement new growth initiatives. Ultimately, your efforts support the global expansion of the Cleveland Clinic Institute, helping establish a cohesive, dynamic and supportive international integrated healthcare system.
A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule out of Northeast Ohio, onsite two days a week, with ability to travel 15%-20% of the time. Hours: Support as needed early morning or evening.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Perform key role in contributing on Cleveland Clinic International and Emerging Markets (CCIEM) project team.
+ Lead independent parts of major CCIEM projects, including structuring work, completing analytics, developing recommendations and working with organizational stakeholders on implementation plans.
+ Lead cross-Enterprise teams involved in project work.
+ Provide independent leadership of sub-teams or assist in leading larger project teams.
+ Lead and facilitate smaller client team meetings.
+ Develop expertise in a particular area of CCIEM work and create various parts of CCIEM toolkit for that area (e.g., core frameworks, standard processes, standard analytics, etc.).
+ Build relationships with other enterprise stakeholders in key areas related to projects.
+ Participate in projects that help set the CCIEM agenda, improve team effectiveness/engagement, improve people processes, skill-building, etc.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business or a related field
+ Four years of work experience, with majority of time in either healthcare (within organization or consulting) or technical role matching job
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's Degree
+ Background in operations, expert or consultative role
+ History of achievement and ability to influence change in organizations

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
+ Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
+ Ability to travel throughout the health system.
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $40.48
Maximum hourly: $61.74
