    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Change Management Director is responsible for supporting the execution of the Change Management strategy for CSG Nursing This role will help develop strategies to ensure staff readiness and adoption of new processes aimed at transforming healthcare delivery. A key expectation is to not only implement these strategies but also ensure they are sustained across the organization.​

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Collaborate with Nursing Leaders at corporate, division, and bedside levels to gather insights on issues and challenges in implementing change.

     

    Support the development and communication of change management strategies to meet nursing operations objectives, working with management at both corporate and field levels.

     

    Assist in creating Change Management and Communications Plans for each project, in partnership with the Nursing Operations Project Director.

     

    Contribute to defining the Change Management Manager’s role on projects, whether as a consultant, project leader, or responsible for key aspects of the project.

     

    Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the nursing operations ecosystem to support change initiatives.

     

    Help develop and implement Change Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessments for care model and care delivery initiatives.

     

    Work closely with nursing operations teams and leaders to support change and communication strategies.

     

    Track and report on metrics that measure the effectiveness of change interventions and their impact.

     

    Support the adoption of training programs for new technologies, innovative care models, and process optimization initiatives.

     

    Apply targeted approaches to support change leadership and workforce transition processes.

     

    Assist in implementing culture and engagement strategies.

     

    Identify affected populations for each change initiative, manage concerns from various stakeholder groups (e.g., RNs, LPNs, PCTs, PI, Nursing Leaders, CPD, HR, IT, CT&I, physicians), and help build tailored Change Management solutions and timelines.

     

    Provide coaching to project teams on using change management tools and integrating change management activities into project plans.

     

    Help maintain a library of change management tools and resources.

     

    Collaborate across the organization with various stakeholder groups and functional areas to ensure alignment on Change Strategy implementation.

     

    Monitor and escalate issues and risks to Nursing Operations leadership as needed

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor Degree required/Master Degree preferred​

    • Certification in Change Management or Received within first 12 months of role​

    • Previous Organizational Change Management leadership experience (innovation/start up environment, complex project experience and/or experience in a clinical setting is preferred), minimum 7-10 years

    • Experience with the development of Communication Plans focused on people readiness for change
