    The ViX Growth Marketing department is looking for a Director, Strategy & Project Management to join our team and partner closely with the SVP of Growth Marketing. This role is pivotal in owning and driving growth marketing initiatives, leading strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless execution. You will be responsible for elevating marketing performance, building scalable processes, and delivering measurable business impact. This hybrid role blends visionary leadership with hands-on operational excellence, reporting directly to the SVP and collaborating with senior leaders across marketing, product, data, and partnerships.

    ABOUT YOU:

    You are a growth marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. With 7+ years of experience, you bring a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable growth outcomes. You possess an executive presence and excel at influencing senior stakeholders, while fostering collaboration and scalable processes. Your deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, combined with your ability to translate data into strategic decisions, enables you to act as a trusted advisor to leadership. You are proactive, highly organized, and adept at balancing big-picture vision with tactical follow-through.

     

    YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

     

    + Serve as a strategic connector between Brand, Partnerships, and the in-house Digital Creative Studio, ensuring creative alignment, timely asset delivery, and brand consistency across all growth marketing initiatives.

    + Collaborate Across Teams to Accelerate Execution - Work closely with Brand, Product, Data, Finance, and Partnerships teams to foster seamless collaboration. Identify potential obstacles early and proactively solve challenges to keep projects on track and moving forward efficiently.

    + Manage Budget Planning and Performance Oversight - Lead marketing budget planning and pacing in partnership with Finance. Monitor risks and opportunities, providing clear and strategic updates to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.

    + Communicate Insights and Drive Executive Alignment - Prepare and present business reviews, quarterly reports, and executive briefings that translate complex campaign data into actionable insights and clear narratives, enabling leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions.

    + Innovate Processes for Scalability and Efficiency - Design and implement scalable systems, tools, and frameworks that enhance visibility, streamline execution, and improve operational efficiency across all growth marketing activities.

     

    YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

     

    + 7+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, operations, or project management, with a focus on growth marketing or digital media.

    + Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments.

    + Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics with the ability to translate insights into strategy.

    + Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of influencing senior leaders and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

    + Strong strategic thinking paired with tactical agility — comfortable working at both the high-level vision and detail-oriented execution.

    + Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex environments.

    + Experience developing scalable processes, systems, and frameworks that enhance productivity and cross-team collaboration.
