Expected salary range of $118,800 to $132,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
Management and implementation of the Nuclear Security physical protection, fitness-for-duty, and access authorization programs. Also monitors performance of the contract security force and serves as the designee for the Senior Manager, Site Security.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
+ Responsible for oversight of defensive strategy development and implementation
+ Oversee barrier inspections, records management program, crew Management Review Meetings (MRMs), safety and Apparent Cause Evaluation (ACE) committees, and procedures
+ Responsible for implementation of the site security plan and performance of daily operations
+ Support hiring process, and ensuring that shift manning is compliant with the security plan and work hour rules
+ Oversee and supports the security records management and documentation process, work hour rule compliance, performance indicators, and special projects.
+ Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience OR--
+ Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR
+ Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR
+ High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
+ Supervisory or managerial experience
+ Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading a nuclear security organization
