    Our client, a leading provider of technology support services, is seeking an HP PC Printer Break Fix Technician to join their team. As an HP PC Printer Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting customer-facing hardware repair services. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** HP PC Printer Break Fix Technician

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide hardware support and repair for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.

    + Configure hardware, software, and network components on customer sites.

    + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on printers and related hardware.

    + Manage multiple service events efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.

    + Interact professionally with customers and escalate issues when necessary.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience.

    + Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and stooping.

    + Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including holidays and non-traditional workdays.

    + Onsite customer-facing experience.

    + High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training preferred.
