    Production Supervisor (Fabrication Department)

     

    Salary: $57,000–$60,000 + Excellent Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our fabrication department, overseeing a skilled team of machine operators and assemblers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise daily operations in the fabrication area to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met

    + Lead and support a team of machine operators and assemblers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment

    + Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines

    + Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues

    + Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support performance and development

    + Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment

    + Strong leadership and team-building skills

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings

    + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    + Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

    + Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
