Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Tool & Die Repair Technician to join their team. As a Tool & Die Repair Technician you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Productin Team. If you skill set is aligned with the information below - please apply ASAP!

**Job Title: T** ool & Die Repair Technician

Shift - 2nd 4:00pm to 3:30am

Monday - Thursday ( Firday & Saturday mandatory when production is heavy)

Pay Range: $30.00/HR

What’s the Job?

To assure the quality and longevity of all dies through troubleshooting and repairs to dies, both in the press and/or on the bench, to enable us produce a product that consistently meets or exceeds MPT Sterling Heights’ high standards for quality

What's Needed?

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair dies in the press andor on the bench

+ Schedule preventive maintenance/predictive maintenance.

+ Performs basic first off inspections on CMM.

+ Responsible to set up and operate Toolroom and complete required documentation

+ Ability to dry run dies and check clearances and alignment of tools

+ Journeyman's card or relevant experience. Hi-Lo & Crane experience.
