Warehouse Associate – (Pick/Pack) & Equipment Operator** **(Weekend Days)** **| $18.00–$19.50/hr

Our client, a leading beauty and cosmetics distribution center in Greenwood, IN, is hiring Warehouse Associates (Picker/Packers) and Equipment Operators (Cherry Picker/Reach Truck) to support their high-volume fulfillment operations. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, organized, and fast-paced warehouse distributing beauty products nationwide.

Schedule & Pay

Weekend Days: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

+ Warehouse Associate: **$18.00/hr**

+ Equipment Operator: **$19.50/hr**

Important:** Once Mandatory Overtime (MOT) begins, please note you will be scheduled to work **6 days a week** , including both weekends and weekdays. Overtime schedules are **11 hours per weekday** and **12 hours on weekends.

What will you be doing?

Picker/Packer

+ Picking and packing products using RF scanners

+ Sorting, labeling, and preparing merchandise for shipment

+ Replenishing inventory and organizing bins

+ Following all safety protocols and keeping work areas clean

+ Climbing stairs as needed to retrieve items

Equipment Operator

+ Operating cherry pickers and reach trucks

+ Picking and staging product orders using RF scanners

+ Restocking bins and moving inventory within the distribution center

+ Wrapping pallets and preparing freight for outbound shipment

+ Assisting with hand-picking when not operating equipment

What do you bring?

+ A positive, team-focused attitude

+ Ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs and stand for long periods

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ **Equipment Operator:** at least 6 months of experience on cherry pickers or reach trucks and comfortable working at heights

+ Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for Picker/Packer
