**Our client, a leader in industrial construction and redevelopment projects, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team.** As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Capital Projects Department supporting cross-functional site operations and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager

**Location:** NY, Niagara Falls

**Pay Range:** $43.03 – $60.94/hour

What’s the Job?

+ Lead all phases of a major brownfield redevelopment project, including demolition and construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)

+ Ensure strict adherence to onsite safety procedures and regulatory compliance

+ Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle

+ Coordinate site activities, including delivery, installation, and commissioning of facility equipment

+ Act as primary liaison between project stakeholders and site leadership to ensure alignment and transparency

What’s Needed?

+ Proven experience managing industrial construction projects from start to finish

+ Strong knowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and project management practices

+ Proficiency in basic computer systems and project coordination tools

+ Ability to communicate effectively with Plant Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams

+ Availability for multiple interview rounds, including virtual sessions
