Our client, a leader in government and technology services, is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to join their team. As a Technical Lead, you will be part of the IT Solutions Department supporting cloud-based HR system integrations and development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead (Remote)
**Location:** Washington, District of Columbia (Remote)
What's the Job?
+ Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and custom objects.
+ Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, conversion, and development tools such as SOA, BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDLs, UCM repository, and Oracle Integration Cloud Services.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Ensure the quality and performance of cloud-based HR applications and integrations.
+ Mentor team members and promote best practices in cloud development and integration.
What's Needed?
+ Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, development, and integration tools.
+ Proven leadership skills in managing development teams and projects.
+ Strong understanding of cloud-based HR systems and related technologies.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
