Veterinary Technician Assistant Supervisor – Internal Medicine

• Woburn, MA | 💲 $29–$35/hr (higher with VTS!) | Full-Time

Schedule: 4 days/week, rotating weekends

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support our Internal Medicine team—helping with staffing, training, communication, and client care—while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

+ Overseeing daily operations and staffing to keep things running smoothly

+ Supporting hiring, training, performance reviews, and staff development

+ Partnering with hospital leadership on goals, payroll, and workflow

+ Promoting collaboration, communication, and client satisfaction across teams

+ Providing leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support

+ College/tech school education or equivalent experience
