Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Community Development Department supporting the Community Development Agency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Business Analyst

**Pay Range:** Target pay rate is up to $60 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Re-engineer process workflows within the Community Development Agency to improve efficiency and service delivery

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document project requirements and technical specifications

+ Create detailed meeting minutes, action items, and next steps to ensure project clarity and progress

+ Work closely with developers to clarify requirements throughout the software development lifecycle

+ Develop and execute software test plans, user guides, and conduct quality assurance testing to ensure system reliability

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

+ Experience in documentation, workflow analysis, and process re-engineering

+ Strong understanding of community development, permits, inspections, or urban planning is a plus

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and facilitate meetings effectively
