    Our client, a leading Tool & Die Manufacturer, is seeking a Water Jet Operator to join their team. As a Water Jet Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting precision cutting and die setup operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Water Jet Operator

    **Location:** Bristol, IN

    **Pay Range:** $22–$27/hour (based on experience)

    Shift:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate CNC water jet equipment to cut and shape materials according to specifications

    + Perform press operations and complete various die setups

    + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions accurately

    + Work with verbal designs and translate concepts into practical applications

    + Conduct basic preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5–10 years of relevant experience in water jet operation, press work, and die setup

    + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

    + Hands-on experience with 3D CAD (programming and drawing)

    + Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for CNC machines

    + Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
