Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team. As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be part of the front office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Temporary Receptionist

**Location:** Sault Ste Marie, MI

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per Hour

**Shift:** 8AM-5PM M-F

What's the Job?

+ Greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude

+ Answering and forwarding phone calls professionally

+ Assisting guests with electronic sign-in procedures

+ Logging into and navigating a computer system efficiently

+ Supporting general office operations to ensure seamless workflow

What's Needed?

+ Availability for a temporary, full-time position lasting approximately 2 months

+ Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills

+ Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication abilities

+ Comfortable using computers and providing basic technical guidance

+ Ability to pass a background check
