**Location:** Dahlgren, IL

**Pay rate:** $17.50/hr + $1 Shift Diff

Job Overview:

Join our team for a hands-on seasonal role in plant operations! Work with automated equipment, assist with harvest, conditioning, treating, packing, and support warehouse tasks, like forklift operation and sample collection.

What We’re Looking For:

+ High school diploma/GED

+ **Manufacturing experience required** , forklift or agriculture experience a plus

+ Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive motions

+ Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions

+ Willingness to work flexible, rotating shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd) and overtime
