Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr. to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr., you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting recruitment efforts across various professional and management levels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr.
Pay Range: 46.43
What's the Job?
+ Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs
+ Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), and administer assessments
+ Conduct reference and background checks to ensure candidate suitability
+ Make hiring recommendations and extend employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt positions
+ Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods, including career fairs and community events, to attract top talent
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of five years of corporate recruitment experience, including three years working with electronic applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing
+ Valid driver's license
+ Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
+ Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and serve as a resource for team members
