    **Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle operations, is looking for a Service Associate to join their Mission Readiness team at test sites in the Miami area.** In this role, you’ll support daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are fueled, clean, and ready for testing while helping keep the site organized and compliant. You’ll also assist with spare parts inventory, software prep, and provide operational support to driving and technical teams.

    **Pay Rate:** $25/hr

    Shifts Available:

    + Sat–Wed: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + Wed–Sun: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + Sat–Wed: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    + Wed–Sun: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    What You’ll Do

    + Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready.

    + Provide logistical support for vehicle and equipment movement/storage.

    + Execute mission prep procedures, including software launches, SW/HW verification, data capture, and escalation of issues.

    + Support spare parts readiness, inventory, and transport.

    + Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.

    + Provide hands-on technical support to BaseOps technicians (fluid changes, part replacements, wiring checks, etc.).

    + Support testing operations, including documentation, pre-mission setup, cone courses, traffic control, and support vehicle driving.

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of work experience.

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment with carts, dollies, and hand trucks.

    + Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, and climb stairs during shifts.

    + Team-oriented mindset with a “get it done” attitude.

    + Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

    Preferred

    + Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair.

    + Experience with Jira/Confluence, MS Office, and Google Suites.

    + Experience in fast-paced work environments.
