    Our client, a leading organization in the finance and accounting sector, is seeking a dedicated Sales Tax Analyst to join their team. As a Sales Tax Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Department supporting reconciliation and tax compliance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title:** **Sales Tax Analyst

     

    **Pay Range:** $24-$25 per hour

    **Shift:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (hybrid schedule - flexible)

    **Duration:** Temp-to-hire

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Reconciling customer accounts to verify correct tax status

    + Performing cash reconciliation activities

    + Resolving sales tax disputes efficiently

    + Supporting the credit team during ERP system transition challenges

    + Assisting with account-by-account customer information reconciliation

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **2+ years experience with sales tax compliance and reporting**

    + **Knowledge of sales tax regulations and filing requirements**

    + **Ability to work three days a week in the office**

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Basic understanding of tax reconciliation processes

    + Willingness to adapt to new systems and procedures
