Machining Technician / Machine Operator

1st Shift and Direct Hire

We are looking to hire Machine Technicians for a leader in the industry in Green Bay, WI. As a Machining Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production operators. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. **TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES**

**Job Title:** Machining Technician

**Pay Range:** $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

**Shift:** Monday – Thursday, 4 ten-hour shifts

What's the Job?

+ Maintain and operate production machinery to ensure smooth workflow

+ Inspect and measure parts for conformity and quality standards

+ Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machining processes

+ Restart or start equipment following power outages or interruptions

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Experience in machining or manufacturing preferred but not required (training provided)

+ Ability to operate and maintain production equipment

+ Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
