Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a LoanIQ Closing Specialist to join their team. As a LoanIQ Closing Specialist, you will be part of the Commercial Lending department supporting loan processing and system conversions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** LoanIQ Closing Specialist - AZ - VMO

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Support day-to-day operations within Commercial lending, focusing on converting systems from AFS to LoanIQ

+ Book and fund commercial loans accurately in LoanIQ

+ Respond to internal requests to post funds and handle money movement activities

+ Assist staff in adopting LoanIQ by reducing the learning curve and providing support

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth loan closing processes

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in LoanIQ software and commercial loan operations

+ Experience with booking and funding commercial loans

+ Knowledge of commercial loan closing documents and credit agreements

+ Understanding of AFS systems is a plus, but not required

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
