Our client, a leading manufacturer in the automotive and industrial sectors, is seeking a **Production Worker** to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting quality production and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Worker

**Location:** Trenton, OH

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

+ 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:40 am - 3:00 pm

+ 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm

+ 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday ; 10:40 pm - 7:00 am

What's the Job?

+ Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled correctly.

+ Operate machinery such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and other production equipment.

+ Pack finished parts into containers following specified standards.

+ Maintain safety standards and follow all safety policies during production activities.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing safety and productivity ideas.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

+ 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

+ Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical systems is a plus.

+ Ability to perform quality inspections and follow safety procedures diligently.
