    Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in precision metal fabrication, is seeking a TIG MIG Welder to join their team. As a TIG MIG Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the welding team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** TIG MIG Welder

    **Pay:** $26.25 an hour

    **Shift:** Day Shift - 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with possible overtime

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately

    + Set up components and welding equipment according to specifications

    + Perform quality welding using TIG and MIG techniques

    + Assemble parts by bolting and riveting as needed

    + Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Minimum of 3 years experience with TIG and MIG welding

    + Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols

    + Must have own tools to perform work duties

    + Comfortable working in confined spaces and using measuring devices
