Our client, a leading organization in enterprise IT operations, is seeking an ITIL Process Analyst to join their team. As an ITIL Process Analyst, you will be part of the Problem Management team supporting multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:** **ITIL Process Analyst - NE (W2 ONLY)
Pay Range:** **$50-$53
What's the Job?
+ Manage the full lifecycle of IT problems within the ITIL framework, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
+ Lead knowledge transfer initiatives for Problem Management processes to both onshore and offshore teams.
+ Design, implement, and maintain reporting dashboards in ServiceNow to track problem resolution metrics and trends.
+ Oversee technical SWAT teams and participate directly in problem investigation and resolution efforts.
+ Conduct regular audits of problem tickets to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, closing issues efficiently.
What's Needed?
+ Proficiency in ServiceNow, including report writing and dashboard creation.
+ ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
+ At least 5 years of experience in ITIL-aligned Problem Management within an enterprise environment.
+ Strong leadership skills in incident and problem response coordination.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with offshore teams.
