Our client, a logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and shipment preparation. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Clerk

**Location:** COXSACKIE, NY

**Pay Range:** $18.70 per hour

**Shift:** Various Shifts (Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm, with training on an earlier shift to be determined)

What's the Job?

+ Sort and prepare shipments of office supplies for dispatch

+ Unload packages from UPS lines and trailers, ensuring accurate handling

+ Use RTF scanners to track and manage inventory

+ Break down pallets and organize merchandise for inventory control

+ Assist with lifting and moving packages, sometimes up to 80 lbs individually or 150 lbs with team effort

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs individually and 150 lbs with assistance

+ Comfort working in warm trailer environments and handling packages up to 50 lbs

+ Physical ability to squat, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods

+ Experience with radio headsets is helpful but not mandatory
