    Our client, a leading player in the food processing industry, is seeking a Pilot Plant Technician to join their team. As a Pilot Plant Technician, you will be part of the Pilot Plant department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good mechanical aptitude which will align successfully with the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform pilot plant trials in a safe and efficient manner under supervision.

    + Set-up, operate, and clean food-processing equipment under supervision.

    + Support packaging requirements for finished products.

    + Maintain equipment in good sanitary and working condition.

    + Organize and record data as outlined in the pilot plant request.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma (or GED).

    + Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and operations or mechanical background.

    + Ability to become a licensed forklift operator.

    + Good mechanical skills or aptitude.

    + Computer literacy.
