Our client, _a global manufacturing leader in health & hygiene_ , is seeking an **AP Analyst** to join their team. As an AP Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Procure to Pay team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical analysis skills and understanding of overall full-cycle AP, supporting their offshore AP team. Demonstrating attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** AP Analyst

**Location:** Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid Schedule)

**Pay Rate:** $35-38/HR + Benefits

**Contract Duration:** 6+Months

Job Function:

+ Support and analyze Accounts Payable (A/P) reporting, including KPIs and A/P reports

+ Perform A/P analytical work and resolve related issues promptly

+ Conduct balance sheet reconciliation, flux analysis, DPO analysis, and ensure timely and accurate AP closing

+ Manage GRIR actions and documentation to ensure compliance

+ Review and process payment files, supporting month-end close processes and audits of PCARD & CTA Lodge cards

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor Degree required in Accounting or Finance

+ Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in financial or data analysis and accounts payable roles

+ Flexibility to adapt to new systems and develop best practices

+ Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

+ Experience with SAP
