Our client, a prominent organization in the maintenance and landscape industry, is seeking a Grounds Worker to join their team. As a Grounds Worker, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the Groundskeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Grounds Worker

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 5am - 2pm and 730am - 430pm

What's the Job?

+ Maintain and care for outdoor grounds, including lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas

+ Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting

+ Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed during all groundskeeping activities

+ Support seasonal and special event preparations related to outdoor spaces

What's Needed?

+ Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely

+ Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Willingness to work in various weather conditions

+ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
