Our client is seeking a Capital Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As a Capital Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting project development and execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Capital Engineering Project Manager

What's the Job?

+ Provide technical leadership and coaching to project teams managing capital projects in manufacturing facilities.

+ Develop and execute project plans, including charters, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to key components and project deliverables.

+ Oversee design processes, coordinate bid packages, and select contractors to ensure quality and compliance.

+ Manage project execution from installation through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met.

+ Monitor project progress, control budgets, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.

+ Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex capital projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.

+ Proven experience in engineering project management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

+ Experience with SAP and Microsoft Project is preferred.

+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
